📋 Description
- Own pipeline creation and revenue growth across government accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities with agencies.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver mission-aligned solutions.
- Build and maintain 3–5x pipeline coverage; exceed targets.
- Lead capture of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and partner-led opportunities.
- Position Cision's offerings for public sector needs and outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5–7+ years quota-carrying government sales.
- Proven ability to sell into government environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel 20–40% for in-person meetings.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS procurement processes.
