Lead Processing Agent - 1st Shift at Cresco Labs

📋 Description

• Lead/assist bucking, trimming, grading, sifting, grinding, hand trim, and vault inventory.
• Escalate quality issues to Processing Supervisor.
• Maintain daily performance log, monitor KPIs and time metrics.
• Ensure all functions meet quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor Dry Rooms, Vault/Cure Room, and Trim spaces for temp/humidity.
• Enter harvest data into METRC and production planner.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead or people management experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in food production or similar manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
