Edibles (Kitchen) Agent at Cresco Labs

📋 Description

• Assist kitchen staff in producing cannabis-infused foods using commercial equipment.
• Follow batch production and seek efficiency improvements.
• Adhere to SOPs for potency and homogenization with kitchen lead.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to maintain edibles quality.
• Train in food safety and maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and tracking edibles for sale.
• Maintain a clean production facility and proper personal hygiene.
• Complete sanitation of equipment, workspace, and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of general production experience; regulated field preferred.
• Production-heavy kitchen experience is a plus.
• Understand recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
• Strong task-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around plant material/dust.
• Must be 21+ to apply and comply with industry regulations.
