📋 Description

• Provide frontline medical care to unhoused patients in field and ambulatory settings.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and outreach staff to coordinate care.
• Design and implement care plans to support stability and outcomes.
• Document encounters to maintain up-to-date patient records.
• Travel up to 75% and work in outdoor, dynamic environments.
• Provide clinical mentorship to care team.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Active California Physician & Surgeon license.
• 2+ years clinical experience with underserved populations.
• Street medicine or community-based care experience.
• Familiarity with Bay Area resources for underserved populations.
• Board certification or eligibility; DEA registration (or eligibility).
