📋 Description

• Lead small- to mid-scale multi-discipline projects with growing independence.
• Guide design teams, reinforce standards, and sound technical judgment.
• Mentor Designers and engineers with clear guidance and feedback.
• Improve TEECOM’s system by refining standards, tools, and workflows.
• Build client relationships via clear communication and follow-through.
• Deepen leadership via mentoring and pursuing thought-leadership content.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent.
• 6+ years in AEC or related pro services (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage).
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Bluebeam Studio, GitHub, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Industry certifications: RCDD, CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, PMP.
• Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and cross-discipline coordination.
