• Own full-cycle recruitment for summer interns and early talent across U.S. and Hong Kong.
• Build partnerships with universities and external orgs; align internship timelines.
• Lead internship program design: onboarding, learning, mentorship, and performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide visibility and influence hiring.
• Leverage CRM/ATS (Handshake, LinkedIn, Greenhouse) to streamline processes.
• Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to build pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in university relations or early-career recruiting.
• Experience on U.S. West Coast and Hong Kong campuses, incl internship hiring.
• Strong presentation and communication; brand ambassador.
• Proven ability to leverage metrics and data to inform decisions.
• Experienced event planner; coordinate and manage global travel for recruiting.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
