📋 Description

• Lead India Data team; primary POC for global Data org.
• Own India sprint planning and execution with quality.
• Orchestrate ingestion, modelling, reporting, governance.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and standards.
• Enforce governance, quality, PII, and audits.
• Drive modernization: cloud, Looker, semantic layer, events.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in Data/Analytics with 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in BI, Data Engineering, or Data Product Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional data teams in global/matrix setups.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data stacks (BigQuery, Looker).
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to drive structure, alignment, and predictable delivery.
