📋 Description
- Be the first contact for employers and employees; resolve queries via Intercom (email/chat).
- Troubleshoot platform, benefits, and payroll; drive resolution.
- Spot patterns in support queries; feed insights to improve product/docs.
- Collaborate with Product, Benefits, and Customer Success on complex issues.
- Contribute to the help centre and knowledge base for self-service.
- Support compliance tasks: KYB checks, customer screening, and monitoring.
🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing role, fintech or SaaS.
- Fluent in English; strong cross-team communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline.
- Own problems; ask questions; proactive.
- Fast learner; quick tool adoption; Intercom a plus.
- Open to learning new concepts, incl. compliance.
