Associate Designer - Interiors at Unispace

📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of workplace projects from concept to completion
• Build client relationships and present design concepts with confidence
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Mentor junior designers and support team development
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, AV, lighting)
• Produce and review drawings, documentation, and construction details

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years in interior design or architecture (workplace focus)
• Experience leading projects and mentoring teams
• Advanced Revit skills and strong technical detailing
• Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and design trends
• Experience with FF&E and interior detailing
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; AIA/NCIDQ/LEED a plus
