- Set up meetings for the Sales Team and help build the pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and GTM efforts.
- Align with Sales to refine strategy for targeted territories/segments.
- Consult existing customers to understand usage and goals.
- Hit agreed sales targets within schedule.
- Reach out to leads via cold calling and email.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates may apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
- Ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer needs to aid decisions.
- Technical aptitude; ability to become fluent in integration and automation.
- Knowledge of business apps incl. Google Apps, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Slack and SFDC.
- High energy, proactive; strong work ethic, self-directed; able to manage the sales cycle.
- Strong customer orientation and passion for delivering a great customer experience.
- Strong collaboration skills; adapt to a dynamic startup environment and make an impact.
