- Manage a portfolio of Community Segment clients; guide integrations and value.
- Lead onboarding with kickoff calls, address friction, and enable adoption.
- Advise on workflows and best practices to drive measurable results.
- Build trusted relationships and ensure client satisfaction and long-term value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to maximize client value.
- Proactively monitor accounts; identify risks and growth opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in customer success or related field.
- Background in geosystems, surveying, or laser scanning preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; consultative.
- German (B2+) and English proficiency.
- Able to onboard customers and manage multiple projects cross-functionally.
- Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
