📋 Description
- Manage and develop a team of three partnership managers across US regions and sports.
- Own Veo's relationships with national soccer partners and renewals.
- Drive market activations with partners to grow Veo's presence.
- Lead new partnerships from first convo to signed contracts.
- Stay sharp on market dynamics; provide market insights to HQ.
- Travel to events, partner sites, and conferences across the US.
- Feed market intelligence back to HQ to shape product decisions.
- Use AI to move faster and improve prep, outreach, and reporting.
- Report clearly on pipeline, performance, and team health.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in partnerships/BD, with 2-3 years managing a team.
- Sports, sports-tech, or SaaS background preferred.
- Real relationships in US soccer; understand decision making.
- Proven track record closing deals and managing long-term partnerships.
- Experience activating partnerships in the field to build adoption.
- Comfort using AI as a work tool to prep and gain insights.
- Experience leading a distributed team with autonomy.
- Ability to advocate for your market with European HQ across time zones.
