- Architect the AI-augmented Growth Engine: automated, scalable growth loops across the stack.
- Own the Revenue & Pipeline Mandate: deliver SAOs and qualified pipeline.
- Design Market-Focused GTM for SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Master the Full Buyer Journey: build lifecycle programs for upsell and adoption.
- Partner for GTM Excellence: align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Lead and Empower a High-Performance Team: mentor growth experts and drive accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- Leadership in growth marketing, demand gen, or lifecycle leadership in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes, not just leads.
- Experience scaling full-funnel growth across paid, organic, CRO, and lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation.
- Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets.
- Partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, CSM, and execs.
