- Architect AI-augmented growth engine to scale growth loops.
- Own revenue and pipeline: deliver SAOs and qualified pipeline.
- Design market-focused GTM for SMB and Mid-Market.
- Master the buyer journey: build lifecycle programs for upsell.
- Partner with Sales, Product, CS for GTM excellence.
- Lead and empower a high-performance growth team.
🎯 Requirements
- Leadership in growth marketing, demand gen, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes
- Experience scaling full-funnel growth across paid, organic, website/CRO, lifecycle marketing
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, attribution models, experimentation
- Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets
- Strong partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand and CS
