• Proven track record shipping multiple products/features and contributions.
• Portfolio with user-centered design solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on user research experience or collaboration with researchers.
• Experience designing patterns, components, and contributing to design systems.
• Proficient in Figma or similar tools for UI design.
• Degree in Design, CS, HCI, or related field.
