📋 Description
- Act as main contact for strategic clients using Ebury Connect.
- Create and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue (upsell/cross-sell).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and follow-up meetings with clients.
- Ensure completeness and excellence in operational processes for accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Technology) on actions to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
- Experience with FX quotation, settlement and reconciliation is a plus.
🎯 Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management.
- Experience in international payments and foreign exchange operations.
- Experience managing corporate accounts (key accounts) or B2B partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Advanced or fluent English.
