📋 Description

• Design and develop automation and control systems for manufacturing.
• Implement PLC/PAC/DCS and SCADA logic per IEC61131-3.
• Integrate vision systems, cobots, HMIs, and data interfaces.
• Validate with FAT/SAT tests; ensure safety and compliance.
• Create documentation including wiring, specs, BOMs, and manuals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics; 3–5 years in manufacturing controls.
• 1+ year of controls engineering in manufacturing.
• Expertise in IEC61131-3, PLC, PAC, DCS, MES, SCADA.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, ANSI/UL safety standards.
• Proficient with HMI, PID, motor sizing, and power basics.
• Familiar with protocols: Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, CANOpen, RS-485.
