📋 Description
- Acquire and manage relationships with ambassadors and strategic partners.
- Manage end-to-end partnership processes: prospecting, contracting, onboarding, activation.
- Overachieve revenue targets through partnerships and referrals.
- Coordinate with legal, strategy, operations and finance for a seamless partner experience.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to build long-lasting relationships.
- Contribute ideas to senior stakeholders on strengthening our partner network.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in partnerships, sales, marketing or business development.
- Negotiation and partnership proposal development experience preferred.
- Strategy/ops or tech/start-up experience advantageous.
- Existing network with referral partners in e-commerce/start-up space preferred.
- Excellent English; Chinese optional.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, Salesforce, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
