- Lead and develop people: mentor, review performance, set priorities
- Manage administrative operations: create POs, reconcile invoices, track spend
- Master the ticketing system: administer Jira; triage and assign tasks
- Hands-on maintenance: repairs and PMs on building systems
- Oversee vendor relations: coordinate service vendors; ensure safety and scope compliance
- Maintain safety and standards: safety records, inspections, and quality checks
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in workplace operations or facilities; 1-2 years in leadership
- Proficient admin: process invoices, PO management, Jira or Zendesk
- Mobility: valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Communication: strong written and verbal; liaise with execs and vendors
- Physical: lift 75 pounds; bend, stoop, stand; climb ladders
- Adaptability: self-starter; manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
