📋 Description

• Quotation & Pre-Sales: Calculate and share accurate quotations within defined TATs
• CAD Management: Raise CAD requests and purchase orders with manufacturers
• CAD Review: Approve CAD files to match customer requirements
• Order Tracking: Manage end-to-end order timelines from confirmation to delivery
• Exception Handling: Manage remakes, repairs, and order modifications
• Systems & Data: Maintain real-time updates and visibility across trackers
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and implement scalable process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of operations experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets; build trackers, formulas, reports
• Highly data-driven; analyze operational data to identify patterns
• Strong numerical aptitude; calculate quotations, margins, metrics
• Proven hands-on coordination in operations or supply chain
• Experience in jewellery/diamonds or luxury goods preferred
• Excellent communication; highly organized with multiple priorities
