🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; 7+ years in project accounting and finance.
• Experience leading/mentoring a team; solid revenue recognition in projects.
• Analyze project financial performance; Middle East exposure; audit familiarity; India finance ops a plus.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence PMs and senior leaders.
• High urgency, fast-paced; detail-oriented; balance hands-on with strategic thinking.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience; process improvement.
