📋 Description
- Lead a team of Project Financial Analysts across Middle East and India; oversee month-end close.
- Own project financial health: revenue, margin, AR, backlog; partner with PMs to drive outcomes.
- Interpret contract terms for revenue recognition; manage end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Lead monthly financial reviews with PMs and senior leadership; deliver insights.
- Drive urgency resolving financial issues and coordinate regional audits for compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; 7+ years in project accounting and finance.
- Experience leading/mentoring a team; solid revenue recognition in projects.
- Analyze project financial performance; Middle East exposure; audit familiarity; India finance ops a plus.
- Excellent communication; ability to influence PMs and senior leaders.
- High urgency, fast-paced; detail-oriented; balance hands-on with strategic thinking.
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience; process improvement.
