📋 Description

• Lead inventory and compliance auditing across M-KOPA's retail outlets.
• Conduct physical counts, reconcile variances, investigate discrepancies.
• Build and own a comprehensive retail audit framework.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven audit, compliance or retail ops experience in multi-location env; CIA/CISA a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in audit software, data tools, and inventory systems.
• Experience building or improving audit frameworks; ability to present findings to leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and surface risks.
• Independent, precise, and able to uphold rigorous methodology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional certification preferred.
