  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls and email sequences.
  • Book qualified first meetings for Account Executives.
  • Penetrate targeted accounts with speed, persistence, and precision.
  • Drive event attendance and field programs for Hypori sponsored events.
  • Deliver direct outreach campaigns for AE and marketing teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years outbound sales or BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS/tech
  • Hit and exceed activity and pipeline metrics
  • Strong phone presence; comfortable with cold calls
  • Excellent written communication; concise outbound emails
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience selling into Federal/Defense/Financial Services a plus
