• Define how AI augments agent development and CX journeys.
• Drive Ghostwriter from beta to GA, expanding capabilities.
• Balance autonomy with human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and platform engineering on model design.
• Be the voice of the agent builder for CX managers and developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management with developer tools, AI/ML, or platform work.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or LLM-powered products; understand prompt tradeoffs and UX.
• Track record taking early-stage products from beta to broad adoption.
• Strong technical depth; collaborate with engineers on architecture decisions.
• Experience building for developer/builder personas with trust and reliability.
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbot platforms, or agent frameworks.
