• Oversee operations of ALUSB’s eMBA and postgraduate programs.
• Lead donor-funded fellowships and corporate partner initiatives.
• Ensure programs meet goals: financial sustainability, timelines, quality, learner satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain scheduling, staffing, and delivery plans.
• Draft and monitor budgets to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Manage campus operations support and plan events (graduations, conferences).

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher).
• 10+ years in educational operations with multi-stakeholder programs.
• Budget management, process optimization, and delivering operational performance at scale.
• Strong project management; tools like Asana and Trello.
• Vendor management, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
