- Manage inbound requests (calls, emails, demos, meetings) in the territory
- Help customers solve problems using Ideals' tools and techniques
- Deliver high lead-to-deal conversions with a compliant process
- Present the product via online and offline demonstrations
- Feed market intelligence back to improve the sales process
- Nurture and reactivate unqualified or closed-lost opportunities
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a full sales cycle closing role in a SaaS tech environment
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, prioritise and manage time with energy
- Genuine passion for understanding and solving customer problems
- Ability to quickly process new product/business needs
