Support Engineer (afternoon/night shifts) at Apify

📋 Description
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and email from 5 PM to 2 AM CET.
- Resolve business and technical issues using Apify Console, Intercom and Slack.
- Support topics include subscriptions, billing, features, and actor usage.
- Assist with integrations and coding help for Apify API/SDK and Actors.
- No phone support; written support only via chat or email.
- Remote-friendly with Czech offices in Prague/Brno and some flexibility.
🎯 Requirements
- 1–2 years of SaaS support experience.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
- Afternoons/evenings (5 PM–2 AM CET) with standby duties.
- Passion for technology.
- Ability to explain complex info clearly in English.
- Strong customer orientation.
