📋 Description
- Handle customer inquiries during 8 AM–5 PM CET via chat and email.
- Solve business and technical issues using Apify Console, Intercom, and Slack.
- Assist with subscriptions, billing, features, and Apify Actors.
- Work from Prague, Brno, or remotely within Czechia.
- Prioritize conversations by SLA to ensure fast responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to simplify processes and build knowledge.
🎯 Requirements
- 1–2 years of SaaS support experience.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Willingness to standby for holidays and weekends.
- Passion for technology.
- Able to explain complex information clearly to customers.
- Strong English verbal and written communication.
