- Strategic funnel design & offer architecture
- P&L ownership and budgeting
- Paid traffic management (Meta, TikTok)
- High-velocity creative testing
- Shopify CRO and merchandising
- Email/SMS lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo/Postscript)
- Rapid systems thinking & SOP development
- Conversion copywriting and positioning strategy
- KPI tracking, reporting, and forecasting
Role Requirements
Experience, Training, and Education – What prior work and life experience will help the person in this role succeed? (Education, industry-specific, sales, administrative, management, customer-service)
- 5–10+ years in DTC Ecommerce (Shopify + paid social)
- Proven track record of scaling Ecom brands north of $20M
- Experience owning revenue and profitability targets
- Strong working knowledge of Meta/TikTok Ads platforms
- Experience with creative pipelines and UGC testing using Ai tools
- Comfortable leading a remote team with weekly cadences
- Hands on with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS
- Experience with bundles, upsells, and LTV workflows
- Able to write and review high performing landing pages
- Can think like a general manager, not just a marketer
