📋 Description

  • Lead regional SDR team across Asia to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Own regional SDR targets, KPIs, and outbound/inbound strategies.
  • Design/refine SDR playbooks, cadences, and messaging for Asia.
  • Partner with AEs and Sales Leadership on ICP and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on ABM, campaigns, localization, demand gen.
  • Implement and optimize SDR tech stack: Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales dev or inside sales; 1–2 years in people mgmt.
  • Proven track record building and scaling SDR teams in Asia.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesforce, Gong).
  • Strong analytical skills; pipeline metrics, conversion data, territory models.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities; developing early-career reps.
  • Outstanding English communication; additional Asian languages a plus.
  • Nice to Have: MEDDPICC/Challenger or value-based selling; automation/AI background.
