- Turn performance data into demand from Meta, TikTok, GA4, analytics.
- Own GTM experimentation; test messaging, channels, offers.
- Drive SQL growth; target qualified sales conversations.
🎯 Requirements
- 4–6 years in growth/marketing.
- Experience building growth channels or pipelines from scratch.
- Strong writing skills with clear point of view.
- Paid media, creative performance, funnels, and conversion metrics.
- Comfortable with Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, GA4, Meta Ads.
- Autonomous; fluent English; bias toward action.
