- Own the full SMB sales cycle across Europe.
- Close deals with a real quota; supported by experienced closers.
- Manage inbound leads and own early outbound conversations.
- Lead real deals by month 2 and build outbound muscle.
- Target founders, Heads of People, and finance leads at ICPs.
- Use AI-native tools daily (Claude, n8n, Notion AI, Gong, HubSpot).
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years in a BDR/SDR role at a B2B SaaS with quota.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills; build pipeline from scratch.
- Comfort talking to founders, Heads of People, and CFOs.
- Technically savvy with an AI-heavy sales stack.
- Willing to learn equity concepts (cap tables, vesting, options).
- Strong sense of ownership; build processes, not just follow playbooks.
