📋 Description
- Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offers for multiple roles.
- Develop strategy with hiring managers to align priorities.
- Ensure great candidate experience; keep candidates advised and prepared.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs.
- Own intake meetings, interview team kickoff, and debriefs for candidates.
- Send weekly progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years recruiting experience, incl. business recruiting.
- Agency and in-house startup recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing with track record turning passive candidates into hires.
- Experience using niche channels and diversity/inclusion events.
- ATS experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Gem, Github and other sourcing tools.
- Able to work across global time zones; strong written and verbal communications.
