📋 Description
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of Video Data Contributors and QA staff.
- Conduct weekly Office Hours and Q&A to troubleshoot contributor issues.
- Monitor contributor engagement and reduce churn in a month-to-month contract.
- Own high-volume recruitment and onboarding with Recruiting.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and training across the data pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Operations Management leading distributed or gig workforces.
- Global Operations experience with teams in the Philippines and the US.
- Analytical mindset; identify failure points in unusable footage for training.
- Experience with AI Data Labeling or Computer Vision data collection.
- Hardware logistics experience (inventorying/shipping head-straps or smartphones).
- Background in BPO Management or Marketplace Operations (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, TaskRabbit).
