• Own HubSpot CRM as system of record; keep data clean.
• Build dashboards and forecasts for leadership in real time.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews; flag risk and handoffs.
• Analyze sales data to improve win rates and cycle time.
• Improve end-to-end sales process: routing, quoting, handoff.
• Onboard new reps and document the process.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in sales operations or analytics.
• Hands-on CRM experience; HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce ok.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets; build models and clean reports.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes and moves fast.
• Excellent communication; explain numbers to non-analysts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Based in Seattle area and willing to work full-time from HQ.
