- Lead and develop the Benelux Channel team for strong execution.
- Set objectives and standards aligned with regional/EMEA strategy.
- Model partner engagement, deal execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure CRM discipline and accurate forecasting across the team.
- Own joint business planning and pipeline development with top partners.
- Align with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Distribution, and Ops on regional goals.
🎯 Requirements
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Based in the Netherlands; relocation not included.
- Proven reseller and channel sales experience with people leadership.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong business acumen; understands partner GTM models and economics.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
