Business Development Manager - Remote at Whitecollars
Job Description
Role Objective
Drive and own business growth in Saudi Arabia by managing the full business development lifecycle—from market analysis and lead generation to pilot execution and contract closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities across shopping malls, airports, and retail sectors
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and local market engagement
- Lead client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and support contract negotiations
- Plan, launch, and manage pilot projects with prospective clients
- Coordinate onboarding and initial deployments for pilots and rollouts
- Source and manage local contractors for pilot execution when required
- Build and develop strategic partnerships (e.g., system integrators, service providers)
- Continuously improve sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue streams
- Collect market insights and customer feedback to support product and business strategy
- Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably in tech, proptech, or data/analytics solutions
- Experience working with or selling to shopping malls, airports, or retail operators is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures
- High level of ownership, independence, and accountability
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach with the ability to build a market from an early stage
- Ability to work remotely while acting as a local market owner in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
