📋 Description
- Serve as primary client contact, building relationships and ensuring service throughout campaigns.
- Translate client goals into programmatic media strategies and flawless execution.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and align on client needs.
- Provide clients with clear updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Bridge between clients, operations, and sales to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client history and campaign performance to strengthen partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics (GA, IAS, DoubleClick).
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration with Campaign Managers, Ad Ops, and Sales.
