📋 Description

• Serve as LMS superadmin and create journeys (onboarding, data paths)
• Strengthen e-learning catalog (in-house + external)
• Lead onboarding and monthly training compliance
• Oversee annual learning calendar for non-digital initiatives
• Reporting and data analysis
• Set up training events, registrations, and analytics (LABM)

🎯 Requirements

• First-hand experience in similar roles (internships, student groups, volunteering)
• You're looking for an apprenticeship
• English is a no-brainer for you
• Fast-paced environment with multiple offices and remote work
• Organized with great attention to detail and data reports
• Strong communication skills and ability to care for people
• Bonus: Canva, HRIS, LMS, Training Management System, Google Suite
