📋 Description
- Serve as LMS superadmin and create journeys (onboarding, data paths)
- Strengthen e-learning catalog (in-house + external)
- Lead onboarding and monthly training compliance
- Oversee annual learning calendar for non-digital initiatives
- Reporting and data analysis
- Set up training events, registrations, and analytics (LABM)
🎯 Requirements
- First-hand experience in similar roles (internships, student groups, volunteering)
- You're looking for an apprenticeship
- English is a no-brainer for you
- Fast-paced environment with multiple offices and remote work
- Organized with great attention to detail and data reports
- Strong communication skills and ability to care for people
- Bonus: Canva, HRIS, LMS, Training Management System, Google Suite
