🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in retail operations, multi-site mgmt, with new-site openings
• Experience managing commercial real estate: site selection, lease negotiation, landlord relations
• Manage fit-out projects on time and budget; coordinate internal and external teams
• Experience leading and developing store managers and frontline leaders
• Confidence shaping retail tech decisions; implement tools to support crews
• Strong commercial acumen; interrogate assumptions and advise leadership
