🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years total sales with inbound experience
- 5+ years managing global sales teams
- Proven track record hiring and developing top sales talent
- Deep B2B full-cycle sales, negotiations, and revenue
- Experience across global time zones; AI-powered sales tools & CRM
- Fintech/payments experience preferred
