📋 Description

• Own the transaction fraud product: real-time rules and detection.
• Optimize monitoring rules and thresholds to reduce false positives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management in payments/fintech or financial crime.
• Experience building or owning transaction monitoring, fraud detection, or AML systems.
• Strong data-driven mindset; analyze transaction data, alerts, and rule performance.
• Comfortable with SQL and data tools to investigate signals and rules.
• Experience defining risk detection logic, monitoring rules, and thresholds.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Ops, Data, and Eng.
• Strong stakeholder management; translate regulatory and risk requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience building scalable automated systems in regulated environments.
