🎯 Requirements

• Vast experience in CI, Operational Excellence, or process engineering.
• Strong Lean background with certification or practical exp.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• Leadership capability across functions and levels.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven improvements.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Balance strategic direction with hands-on execution.
