📋 Description
- Participate in implementations of Model N systems as part of the BA/QA team.
- Participate in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Perform gap analysis between systems and requirements.
- Assist customers with understanding the system.
- Review requirements, specs, docs, and help files to assure quality.
- Formulate test scenarios and test cases; participate in testing.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with business process modelling and improvement.
- Experience with enterprise software implementations (SAP, Siebel, Oracle).
- Working knowledge of databases, application servers, Java; programming not required.
- Knowledge of Jira and Linux.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Strong SQL experience in data validation for analytics.
