📋 Description

• Being the local expert for Edinburgh and east of Scotland; face of Deliveroo
• Drawing insights from data to improve customer proposition neighbourhood by neighbourhood
• Account management for top restaurant partners; lead negotiations and optimise growth
• Lead local business development managers; coaching and deal making
• Identify and onboard new local favourites to Deliveroo and set them up for success
• Map the local sales strategy; close value proposition gaps and focus areas

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in account/relationship management, sales or strategy
• Effective relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen; results and target oriented
• Comfortable using data on restaurant partner and city/area performance
• Self-starter; autonomous; mix of field and office work (2–3 days)
• Full driving licence and a car (mileage paid)
