📋 Description
- Manage your own caseload of split liability and non-fault recovery claims.
- Assess liability early by reviewing evidence and shaping recovery strategy.
- Negotiate with third party insurers to maximise recovery and resolve disputes.
- Prepare allegation and outlay packs to support in-house handling or referral.
- Drive improvements to reduce lifecycles, lower costs and protect the customer journey.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience handling subrogated recovery claims across non-fault and split liability cases.
- Experience making liability decisions using evidence and relevant case law.
- Experience negotiating liability and quantum with third party insurers or representatives.
- Understanding of the recovery journey, including when to keep claims in-house and when to involve panel solicitors.
