📋 Description

• Define the infrastructure platform powering agent execution
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scale of Sierra systems
• Design APIs, SDKs, and workflows for developers
• Partner with engineering on infra tradeoffs: consistency, cost
• Enable rapid iteration to ship quickly without sacrificing reliability
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM to support use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical product experience in infrastructure/platform tooling
• Strong systems intuition for distributed systems and latency
• End-to-end product ownership from 0→1 to scale
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Experience with distributed systems or platform engineering
