📋 Description
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performance Enterprise sales org across Singapore, SEA, SK, ANZ.
- Define and execute market-specific GTM strategies for APAC South cluster.
- Own forecasting, pipeline, and revenue reporting for APAC South; provide visibility to leadership.
- Recruit, enable, and scale strategic partner and MSP relationships; drive partner performance.
- Lead and develop a distributed, multi-country sales team; focus on talent and capabilities.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Systems Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or related field.
- 12+ years of sales leadership in multinationals; cross-border teams and multi-market P&L.
- Proven track record leading Enterprise sales across at least two APAC markets.
- Strong IT/tech domain experience (e.g., networking, security, infrastructure, ProAV).
- Experience in multi-tier, partner-led GTM; recruit and scale channel/reseller ecosystems.
- English fluency; other languages advantageous.
