📋 Description
- Open and close the office daily, welcoming environment from ~8:30am
- Greet and direct all incoming guests, including clients, partners, investors
- Backup support to NYC recruiter for interview days
- Manage office supply and pantry inventory; order snacks and beverages
- Handle mail and packages; coordinate couriers and deliveries
- Maintain front desk and common areas; liaise with building management
🎯 Requirements
- Prior experience in receptionist, office coordinator, or front-of-house role
- Warm, polished presence and strong interpersonal skills with senior external guests
- Strong organizational habits and ability to manage multiple small tasks
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to pitch in where needed
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar management
