📋 Description

• Own monthly COGS reporting: extract, reconcile, and analyze direct costs.
• Maintain the COGS master schedule; code costs to the NetSuite ledger.
• Prepare monthly COGS variance commentary for senior leadership.
• Monitor cost per student and per programme; flag anomalies.
• Drive cost optimization opportunities across programmes.
• Overhead tracking and departmental cost reporting; track budget vs actuals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience with overhead tracking, cost variance analysis, and schedule preparation.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel: advanced formulas and dashboards.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a strong advantage).
• Solid understanding of management accounting: accruals, prepayments, fixed assets.
• Detail-oriented with disciplined reconciliation and schedule accuracy.
